HEALTHY lunch recipes?

Airhostess

Hi :)
As I work as an Air Hostess, I tend either not to eat enough, or eat too much rubbish (ie. chocolate, crisps etc.) I have an oven in work, so I'll be able to heat up meals.
I'm looking for things such as; stir frys etc, sandwiches, smoothies or types of healthy juices. A full lunch plan would be great! or just anything you can think of!

Thankkk you :)

Answer
One stir fry that's good for the go and quite filling : sprouted bean stir fry
1. 1 cup sprouted beans (the green ones are the tastiest for this recipe)
2. Green peppers 1 finely chopped
3. Garlic 2 pearls/cloves - finely diced
4. Ginger quarter of an inch - finely diced
5. A green chilli - finely chopped (add this if you like spicy food)
6. vinegar - 1/2 tsp
7. Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp (if you like the flavour)
8. Chopped cilantro (that's my twist to the recipe!)
9. Oil - canola/vegetable - 2 tsp
10. Salt to taste

Take a wok - heat the oil - add the garlic, ginger and chilly. Add the bell pepper - and saute on high flame - once the bell pepper is soft, add the sprouted beans, salt, vinegar and soy sauce. Saute all of this for a minute and remove from heat. Add some chopped cilantro - just a handful...and a tasty stir fry is ready to go.....
