What is a recipe for healthy cookies (more info in details that makes my question unique)?







I'd like to be able to bake healthy cookies (preferably chocolate chip) that doesn't make me break out/gain weight, etc. I'm a teen, if that helps.

Jumbo Breakfast Cookies --



INGREDIENTS
2 cups white sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
6 cups toasted oat cereal rings (Cheerios)


DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a very large bowl, mix together the sugar, peanut butter, butter, water, vanilla and eggs until smooth. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; stir into the batter. Mix in the oats and chocolate chips, then carefully stir in the cereal. Drop 1/2 cupfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing cookies about 4 inches apart. Flatten cookies to 1 inch thick.

Bake for 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until cookies are lightly browned at the edges. Let stand on the cookie sheets for 5 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely. Store at room temperature. I like to put each cookie into a sandwich bag which makes them easy to grab on the way out the door.

Jo-Ann's Power Bars --


INGREDIENT
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat and barley nugget cereal (e.g. Grapenuts TM)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 beaten egg
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 (7 ounce) bag chopped dried mixed fruit


DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line a 9 inch square baking pan with aluminum foil. Spray the foil with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, stir together the oats, flour, cereal, and cinnamon. Add the egg, applesauce, honey, brown sugar, and oil. Mix well. Stir in the sunflower seeds, walnuts, and dried fruit. Spread mixture evenly in the prepared pan.

Bake 30 minutes, or until firm and lightly browned around the edges. Let cool. Use the foil to lift from the pan. Cut into bars or squares, and store in the refrigerator.

BREAKFAST Chicken & macoroni salad SNACK 1 cookie LUNCH fruit Salad DiNNER tuna sandwich its tuna THEN I DRINK ONLY WATER ALL DAY!!!!!!! any tips on healthy recipes or sumthin nothing to difficult to make help i want to lose 10 lbs ive been exercising every day too for 1HR.

it's good but you hav to eat more fruit i think cause fruit and vegtables are healthy
