Q. My boyfriend had a heart attack and he is just 30 yrs old. I blame myself for letting him eat fast food most of the time. I am not a great cook and if anybody can suggest some food that i can make for him with some instructions, i will really appreciate it. PLEASE. I just want to help him get better. I love him so much. Thank you for your time :)

Answer
Not eating is definitely the wrong way to lose weight, in fact it can cause you to GAIN weight. Might I suggest healthy diet (like you seem to plan on doing) and exercise.
Anyways here's some healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack ideas!
Breakfast:
-greek yogurt with granola
-fruits or fruit smoothies (strawberries blueberries banana and orange juice not fatty fake flavoring stuff)
-cereals such as cheerios or special k
-1 egg and some whole wheat toast or an egg scrambled with some pepper/tomatoes/onions YUM!
Lunch:
-PB&J on whole wheat bread
-Grilled Chicken Salad
-Turkey Sandwich (sliced turkey breast with swiss cheese, avocado, and tomato on whole grain bread)
Dinner:
-Grilled chicken salad or chicken with whole grain rice/pasta on side
-Spinach stuffed portabello mushrooms (google recipes there's tons!)
-Spaghetti with red sauce
-Burritos (black beans, grilled chicken, small amount grated cheese, rice, lettuce, tomato, in a flour or corn tortilla)
Snacks:
-granola bars (nature valley, special k)
-Apple slices and peanut butter
-Veggies with SMALL amount of dressing
-Frozen bananas (put one in the freezer for awhile then peel it and mash it up in a bowl, tastes like ice cream!)
-greek yogurt
Just remember to get out and exercise everyday too! Walk, run, bike, swim make exercising fun! Please don't starve yourself, get outside everyday, eat better, and you'll be feeling better in no time! Hope this helped and best of luck!
